• We do not provide direct shipping outside Chennai.

🚚 Chennai Delivery

• We deliver across Chennai using trusted last-mile partners such as Porter or similar services).
• Delivery charges are paid directly by the customer if the order is below INR 999.
• Shipping cost depends on delivery distance and will be shared after order confirmation.
• Tracking details will be provided once your cake is dispatched.

🏪 Self Pickup

• You may choose to collect your order directly from our Chennai location.
• Pickup address and timing will be shared via WhatsApp after placing your order.
• This option is recommended if you want to avoid delivery charges or arrange transport yourself.

❄ Handling & Responsibility

• Fresh cream cakes are temperature-sensitive and must be handled carefully.
• We ensure secure packaging before dispatch.
• Once handed over to the delivery partner, customer, or third-party transport arranged by the customer, handling responsibility lies with them.
